Family Matters lets every member of your pod create, assign, and track tasks together. No more sticky notes, no more forgotten chores — just one shared list everyone can see and act on.
What you can do
- Create todos with a title, due date, and optional cost estimate
- Assign them to any family member in your pod
- Set deadlines so nothing slips through the cracks
- Mark them done from any device — the whole pod sees it instantly
- Organize with sections to group tasks by category, event, or week
Todo details
Each todo can have:

Backlog
Todos without a due date go into the Backlog — a separate view for things that need to happen eventually but aren't urgent. Pull from the backlog when you're ready to schedule them.
Recurring todos
With Ultimate Family, you can set any todo to repeat — daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule. Great for:
- Weekly grocery runs
- Monthly bills
- Daily pet care
- Regular chores
The next occurrence is created automatically when you complete the current one.
